Delivery fees – Australia

Standard shipping 
For standard shipping, TRIBE has flat rate fee of $8.00 for all orders placed in Australia. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery in Melbourne and approx. 5-10 days Australia wide.

Express shipping 
For express shipping, TRIBE offers a flat rate fee fee of $12.00 for all Australian Orders. 

Free shipping 
TRIBE is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $149 in Australia.

Delivery fees – International 

Standard shipping

For standard shipping, TRIBE has flat rate fees based on the weight of your items. This is automatically calculated at checkout. Please allow approx. 10-14 business days for delivery.
Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Express shipping 
For express shipping, TRIBE has flat rate fees based on the weight of your items. This is automatically calculated at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Free shipping 

TRIBE is pleased to offer free international standard shipping on all orders over $299 worldwide.

Processing your order

TRIBE aims to process all standard orders within two business days (usually sooner) of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

Delivery of your order – Timing

For an estimate of delivery times between Melbourne and your location within Australia, please refer to the Australia Post website.

For international customers, we ship via DHL or AusPost with tracking and insurance. Items will usually arrive to most countries approximately 7-10 days after you place your order.

Receiving your order

TRIBE uses Australia Post, DHL,  and local postal services to deliver its parcels.

If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier will either leave the parcel at your postal address or will leave a card for you to pick up your package from the post office.
