Refunds

Customers will only be offered a refund if the item that is purchased is found to be faulty/not fit for purpose

Refunds are not offered in cases where the customer has a change of mind

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We are happy to exchange items for another size (please see sizing chart or contact us before purchasing if unsure of sizing)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be granted an exchange. 

Items must be sent back to the PO Box provided below at the cost of the customer. If you wish to exchange an item, a self address pre-paid satchel must be provided with the item you wish to be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
